I was sitting at home when all of a sudden the electricity went out. This is no big deal, it was a windy day so a branch may have fallen on a power line or something. Doesn't matter because we have a generator anyway it'll be on again soon. 5 minutes later and the generator still hasn't started. I say to myself "that's odd, I'm gonna go out and check on that in a minute". And then my cat Oscar who was sleeping away right next to me suddenly wakes up and starts freaking out. He sprints to the nearest hiding spot he could find and stays there. Figuring I just had a nightmare I get up to go check on the generator. On my way out I notice that I can't seem to find my other 2 cats either, they seem to be hiding as well. This starts to spook me, too many things going wrong at once and my cats seem to sense something. Ignoring my better judgement, I continue my journey outside to the generator. I get to the generator and I check to see if it still has gas, it does, and open it up to see if anything got in there, nothing did. "There shouldn't be anything wrong with it, I'll call someone about this on the weekend" I say as I start to head back in side. I get back to the door to get inside, and I freeze. Through the glass door is S, just staring back at me. He's the one who's been causing all this, why the power is out, why the generator isn't working, why the cats are scared. I'm terrified, I don't know what to do. I eventually decide to go in and try to get to the cats, I don't want them to be hurt. So I slowly open the door, and the second the door gets past the latch, S disappears. The power comes back on and soon the cats come back out of hiding. S is gone for now, but I don't know when he'll come back again.
